These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Object Talk.
By downloading, accessing, or using Object Talk, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

Your use of Object Talk is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at:

You may delete your anonymous device account and associated data at any time by using
Wallet → Delete my data in the app (which immediately clears local Library memories and pinned cards on that device) or by visiting:
Delete My Data 

To protect the virtual economy and prevent abuse, transaction records and a cryptographic
one-way hash of your device identifier are retained in our fraud registry following account deletion.

The Service & Core Capabilities

Object Talk provides AI-powered visual intelligence, character dialogue, and entertainment
experiences for everyday physical objects, plants, packaging, and household items you photograph:

• Single Object Scan: Real-time visual identification, character persona
monologue dialogue, and high-fidelity streaming voice audio.

• Multi-Object Group Debate: Multi-item comedic debates (2 to 4 objects) with
6 selectable arena atmospheres: Roast, Courtroom, Therapy, Theory, Pitch, and Philosophical.

• Origin Lens (Visual Intelligence): Educational provenance discovery,
cultural history, phonetic pronunciation guides, material analysis, and practical insights.

• Character Personas: 15 unique AI personalities (7 Standard: Default, Savage,
Gen-Z, Diva, Flirty, Thinker, Hype; 8 Secret Streak Personas: Grumpy, Paranoid, Snob, Oracle, Ghost, Shadow, Deity, Karen).

• Global Language Support: 13 supported languages featuring native regional slang
and colloquial dialects (English, Hindi, Spanish, Tagalog, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Portuguese, German, French, Arabic, Italian).

• Media Export & Sharing: Shareable visual cards, comic strip transcripts,
and audio playback clips. Watermark-free exports are available for Pro subscribers.

sarcastic, satirical, or inaccurate and must not be considered authoritative facts.

Critical Safety & Medical Disclaimers

• No Medical or Pharmaceutical Advice: Origin Lens and Object Talk are AI educational
and entertainment tools, NOT certified pharmaceutical identifiers, pill verification systems, or medical devices.
NEVER rely on Object Talk for medication identification, prescription dosage, chemical safety, emergency medical evaluation,
or health treatment decisions.

• No Botanical or Foraging Toxicity Guarantee: Object Talk is NOT a certified wild
foraging safety tool. NEVER ingest unknown wild plants, mushrooms, fungi, herbs, or berries based on AI visual identification.

• No Face or Human Identification: Object Talk is engineered exclusively for physical
objects, plants, packaging, and household items. You agree not to use the app to identify real people or capture
photographs primarily containing human faces or private body parts.

Virtual Coins & Economy (Economy v2)

Object Talk operates on a dual-bucket virtual coin system (Daily Allowance + Persistent Coins):

• Free Tier Daily Allowance: Free users receive a daily allowance top-up to 15 coins every UTC day, plus a one-time attested starter bonus on first install.

• Pro Tier Daily Allowance: Pro subscribers receive a daily allowance top-up to 60 coins every UTC day.

• Daily Allowance Reset: Daily allowances refresh at UTC midnight without rolling over.

• Persistent Coins: Coins from Day Pass purchases (Instant 120 Coins), Pro starter welcome bonuses (+60 for 1M, +180 for 3M, +360 for 6M), referral rewards (+15 coins), and initial starter bonuses carry forward and never expire while your anonymous account remains active.

• Spending Priority: Consumption deducts from available daily allowance first until depleted, then consumes from your persistent coin wallet.

Feature Action Costs:
• Single Object Scan: 3 Coins
• Origin Lens Scan: 3 Coins
• Group Debate (2–4 Objects): 6–8 Coins (2 objects = 6, 3 objects = 7, 4 objects = 8)
• Pro Extended Debate (3×N lines): Base + 3 Coins (9–11 Coins, Pro exclusive)
• Video Export: 3 Coins (refundable ledger deduction if generation fails)

Consumable Day Pass (Instant 120 Coins):
• One-time consumable purchase adding 120 persistent coins.
• Does not automatically renew.
• Never expires while your anonymous account remains active.
• Has no cash value and cannot be transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for real money.
• Non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Referrals & Progression:
• Referral program awards +15 persistent coins to both referrer and referee upon valid code redemption (referrer capped at 50 successful redemptions).
• Secret personas unlock at 500 lifetime eligible earned coins (purchased Day Pass coins do not count toward the 500 lifetime threshold).

Pro Subscriptions & Store Billing

Object Talk offers optional auto-renewing Pro subscriptions in 1-month, 3-month (Popular), and 6-month (Best Value)
plans processed through Google Play.

Pro subscribers receive:
• 60 coins daily top-up every UTC day.
• Full access to Pro Extended Debates (3× dialogue depth).
• Instant access to all 15 character personas (no streak wait).
• Access to all high-fidelity TTS voice profiles.
• Unlimited local Library memory storage.
• Unlimited keep-forever pins.
• Watermark-free media and comic-strip exports.
• Reactive audio waveform visualizer.

Pro plans include a one-time welcome bonus on initial activation (1-month: +60, 3-month: +180, 6-month: +360 coins).
Welcome bonuses are granted once per initial purchase and do not repeat on renewals.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Payment is charged to your store account upon confirmation. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time
directly in your Google Play Store account settings.

Deleting your Object Talk account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription or automatically issue a refund.
Subscription management and refund requests must be handled through Google Play.

If you have an active Pro subscription after deleting or resetting your account, you may use "Restore Purchases"
to associate eligible subscription benefits with your new account on the same device or store account.

Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain all ownership rights in the photographs you capture using Object Talk.
By submitting an image for an AI scan, debate, or Origin Lens discovery, you grant Object Talk a limited,
worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to process and transmit the image to generate the requested
response.

The Object Talk brand name, app interface, design assets, character personas, animations, and software code
are the proprietary intellectual property of the application operator.

Library & Local Memories

Saved scans and Origin Discoveries are stored locally on your device in an on-device SQLite database, not on our cloud servers.

• Free Tier: Keep up to 15 active memories and 3 keep-forever pins. When your collection
reaches 15 items, new scans automatically replace the oldest unpinned memory to prevent storage bloat.

• Pro Tier: Unlimited memories and unlimited keep-forever pins.

• Downgrade Archival Protection: If a Pro user with more than 15 memories lapses to Free,
excess memories remain safely on-device in SQLite under a Pro archive shield with zero data deletion.

Deleting your account via Wallet → Delete my data clears all local Library memories and pins from that device.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code or model weights.
• Circumvent security, DRM, coin deduction RPCs, or payment systems.
• Forge, spoof, or manipulate hardware device identifiers or authentication JWTs.
• Automate coin farming, botting, or referral reward exploitation.
• Abuse API rate limits, flood network endpoints, or disrupt service operation.
• Upload photographs featuring illegal, non-consensual, explicit, or harmful imagery.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban device accounts that violate these Terms.

AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated responses may occasionally be incorrect, surprising, satirical, or unexpected.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use information generated by the app.

Do not rely on AI responses for critical decisions involving medical health, wild foraging, legal matters, finances, or personal safety.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Object Talk is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or absolute factual accuracy of AI-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed
severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Children's Use

Object Talk is not directed to children under 13 years of age. Do not use the app if you are under the minimum
age required by the laws of your country or jurisdiction to access AI-powered online services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the app
and on our canonical website. Continued use of Object Talk after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
