These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Object Talk. By downloading, accessing, or using Object Talk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

You may delete your anonymous device account data at any time by using Wallet → Delete my data in the app (this also clears local Library memories and pins on that device) or by visiting:

Delete My Data

To protect the economy and prevent fraud, certain transaction records and a cryptographic hash of your device identifier are retained after account deletion.

The Service

Object Talk provides AI-generated entertainment responses and dialogue debates about physical objects you photograph.

The content generated by the app is intended for entertainment purposes only. AI responses may be fictional, humorous, sarcastic, satirical, or inaccurate and should not be considered factual.

Object Talk is not intended to provide:
• Medical advice
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Professional guidance
• Identification or verification of people

Do not use the app to identify real people or upload photographs primarily containing human faces.

Coins & Purchases

Free users receive a daily allowance top-up to 15 coins every UTC day.

Pro subscribers receive a daily allowance top-up to 60 coins every UTC day.

Daily allowances refresh at UTC midnight without rolling over. Persistent coins (including Instant 120 Coins, Pro welcome starter bonuses, and referral rewards) never expire and carry forward while your account remains active.

Object Talk also offers Instant 120 Coins, a one-time consumable purchase that adds 120 persistent coins to your anonymous Object Talk account.

Instant 120 Coins:
• Are a one-time purchase.
• Do not automatically renew.
• Never expire while your anonymous Object Talk account remains active.
• Have no cash value.
• Cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Are processed through the applicable app store.

Object Talk may change coin allowances, feature costs, or promotional offers when reasonably necessary to operate or balance the service.

Pro Subscriptions & Billing

Object Talk offers optional auto-renewing Pro subscriptions in 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month plans through Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Pro subscribers currently receive:
• 60 coins daily top-up every UTC day.
• Access to Extended Debates.
• Instant access to all 15 personas.
• Access to all 10 high-fidelity voice profiles.
• Unlimited local Library memory storage.
• Unlimited keep-forever pins.
• Watermark-free media and comic-strip sharing.

Pro plans include a one-time starter coin welcome bonus on first activation (1-month: +60, 3-month: +180, 6-month: +360 coins). Welcome bonuses are granted once per initial purchase and do not repeat on renewal.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Payment is charged to your store account upon confirmation. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly in your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings.

Deleting your Object Talk account through Delete my data does not cancel an active Pro subscription and does not automatically issue a refund. Subscription cancellation and refund requests must be handled through the applicable app store.

If you have an active Pro subscription after deleting your Object Talk account, you may use Restore Purchases to associate eligible subscription benefits with a new Object Talk account on the same device or store account.

Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain all rights and ownership in the photographs you capture using Object Talk. By submitting an image for an AI scan or debate, you grant Object Talk a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to process and display the content to generate the requested entertainment response.

The Object Talk name, app interface, design assets, character personas, and software code are the proprietary intellectual property of the application operator.

Library & Memories

Saved scans are stored locally on your device, not on our servers. Free users can keep up to 15 active memories and 3 keep-forever pins; Pro users enjoy unlimited memories and unlimited pins. For Free users, when your collection reaches 15 scans, new scans automatically replace the oldest unpinned memory to make room without storage bloat. You can delete individual memories or clear your entire local Library from the app. Deleting your server account via Wallet → Delete my data also clears all local Library memories and pins on that device.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the app's source code.
• Circumvent security or payment systems.
• Forge or manipulate device identities.
• Automate coin farming or referral abuse.
• Abuse rate limits or interfere with the service.
• Attempt to unlock paid features without authorization.

We may suspend or permanently disable anonymous device accounts that violate these Terms.

AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated responses may be incorrect, misleading, offensive, or unexpected.

You are solely responsible for how you use information generated by the app.

Do not rely on AI responses for important decisions involving health, safety, legal matters, finances, or emergencies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Object Talk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Children

Object Talk is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

Do not use the app if you are under the minimum age required by the laws of your country or region to use AI-powered online services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The latest version will always be available within the app and on our website. Continued use of Object Talk after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
